Hickory Stick BBQ opened in 1976 by current owner Mark Jones and his father Johnnie Andrew Jones. It has been a family owned and operated establishment ever since. The business has grown from just the front room to the four room restaurant it is now. Johnnie came up with his own secret sauce, which is still used today (and is still a secret).

 

We are known for our succulent ribs and hickory smoked brisket. Owner Mark Jones slow cooks the meats for over 18 hours to create the ultimate hickory taste. Mark's mother Mary makes pies and cobblers that are enough to satisfy any sweet tooth. The restaurant serves beer, wine and margaritas in its bar.
